Charleston Spring Maternity Session

Savannah and Wade at Hampton Park in Charleston, South Carolina

I met up with Savannah and Wade earlier this week a gorgeous early morning maternity session. In my first conversation about locations with Savannah we realized we our wedding venue, Lowndes Grove, in common. We had talked about traditional Downtown, or beach but decided it would be sweet to do their Maternity photos in the very same neighborhood they wed!

Knowing how amazing Hampton Park looks in the spring I asked Savannah if we could hold off until at least early March. I am so glad we did. The azaleas are just beginning to show off and give us gorgeous pops of color all over the park. The trees are getting greener and even prettier every day. Add this GORGEOUS glowing Mama to be and there was literally no chance this session wasn’t going to be gorgeous!

Early morning is one of my FAVORITE times to shoot at Hampton Park. That glowy light hitting the moss is just incredible. Seeing sights like this still never grown old to see.

The Light pink azaleas are my favorite, and look so gorgeous with Savannah in blue!

Savannah and Wade were truly so much fun to work with. Even on a chillier morning they came excited and ready to go! Wade kept Savannah giggling the entire time and my heart melts thinking of how sweet these two will be in a few weeks when I see them again holding their sweet baby boy.
