Magical Downtown Charleston Session

Hands down my favorite movie as a child was Cinderella. It was the first movie I saw in movie theaters and there’s something just so sweet and magical about it even in my thirties the story still enchants me.

I had no idea that Miss Annabelle would be arriving to her session dressed as my favorite princess, to say I was excited is an understatement. I met this little sweetie when she was a newborn. We’ve done themed sessions for her birthdays ever since, but this… this may go down as my favorite.

I fell in love with capturing magic in photography sessions. When I first started out I only wanted to do magical stylized sessions, until I realized that those don’t really happen every day. So when the opportunity presents itself to capture a session like this I go right back to that excited feeling I had when I first began to pick up my camera.

The steps if City Hall in Downtown Charleston provided the perfect backdrop for this sweet Cinderella. Enjoy this little glimpse of some Princess Magic in Downtown Charleston.
