Autumn Beach Sunrise

Summer may be officially over here in the Lowcountry, but it does not mean that beach time is over!

Autumn is one of my absolute favorite times of the year for beach sessions. The temperatures are comfortable, the crowds are much lighter and the colors are still so vibrant.

I met this little sweetie when she was about six months old and cannot believe we are here photographing her at age three already! This early morning session with sweet Mila was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived to the beach this morning I knew it was going to be a gorgeous session!

On this particular morning we had some clouds sitting right on the horizon, as the sun rose, those clouds kept lifting covering the harsh sun. We had almost a whole hour of literally PERFECT lighting out on the beach that morning and I couldn’t be happier with how these images turned out!

Having the whole hour devoted to just this Little Miss was so much fun. We got to giggle, splashing in the water, make silly noises. I so loved having the opportunity to capture what makes this little three year old so fun and uniquely her!
